AliExpress Q&A
Q:
Any thoughts on buying wholesale crystals from this site?
Actually I have had a lot of luck purchasing crystals there. You need to be careful and be sure to document everything. Check the store to make sure it's been there a while. Also check feedback and reviews. The feedback system is actually fairly honest and people will tell it like it is. If you follow these rules there are great deals to be found on crystals. I have found some incredible ones for great prices. This is one of the few items I would actually recommend AliExpress for if you cannot access Alibaba.

I had terrible experience. The item never received. The dispute system does Not work and there is no buyer protection. I did not use PayPal as it has some protection. Please consider all this prior to buying anything

I have ordered hundreds of items from the site. I have never had a problem with anything. A few times the items were not available, but I was always given my refund. With no problem. I have ordered choose, cell phone cases, earbuds, bathing suits, blue Bluetooth speakers, headphones, etc. I have always been happy with my product

Q:
Can it be trusted to buy shoes
They can be trusted to an extent. They do provide buyer protection but tend to side with the seller. Watch the feedback and reviews to make sure the seller is real. Also see if the store has been there for more then a year will help. There are a lot of scams on there. Also purchasing clothes especially shoes is tricky because they are Asian sized and that's usually about two sizes smaller then normal. Most stores clearly mark this or request that you measure your foot size prior to ordering. It is also sometimes at your expense to ship something back so watch out for that.

I can vouch for Mocha hair as I have bought hair from them twice on ali express. They have always been prompt in response to any email or text.

Yup avoid Aliexpress all together. Lost a lot of money there. For example if you order a 10 inch wig they will send you a 5 inch wig and if you open a dispute the seller will still get your money because he sent you something even though its not what was advertised. This site is a total scam.

Q:
Is aliexpress a scam? I saw amazing shoes there that I would love to buy but online store from china just scares the heel of me. I have lost mymoney once I do not want to loose again
You just need to be careful is all. Check how long a store has been there. Read the feedback on the seller and product. The feedback and reviews are pretty honest. It's a lot more honest review system then Amazon that for sure. Every single angry person here could have avoided getting ripped off if they paid attention to what they were buying. AliExpress has sided with me more then once and against me only once. Sometimes they will insist on you returning an item and it might be out of your pocket. Also some stores can can take over a month to get your product to you. I have always gotten what I ordered but it hasn't always been timely. I was lucky enough to have contacts there who showed me the ropes. I hope I am able to help others through this.

The site is a legitimate B2C platform. It's the sellers you have to choose carefully. The saying, "the computer doesn't lie, it's the person using the computer lied". Choose the Sellers carefully. Look at the customers ratings of their products, 96% or more positive ratings is a good sign; look at the number of orders of that pair of shoes you like (higher number the better; take your own risk if zero order); ask the Seller questions if you are not sure about the size, material, etc. I have good and bad experience. I received refunds for products didn't arrive. Keep in touch with the Seller, particularly when the Purchase Protection is about to end and your order hasn't arrived. Sellers are willing extend the P. P. until you received the product. Lastly, be super super patient. All my orders arrived in Canada in 3 months. No kidding. It's a lot of work but you'll be giggling when you actually receive the products.

They are not scram, but most unsafe and cheating place to buy thing, they cheat on fake to be genius, bad second return thing to be good, foreigners are often to be best target, as they can not chase back the lost and claim back money, it is all because Alliexpress is like a tool for them to sell rubbish, Alliexpress should be banned

Q:
I have tried to "open dispute" on an item I did not receive. The seller messaged me to inform me they no longer had the item I ordered, and told me to "open dispute " and would send me my refund. I have tried numerous times to submit it, but after completing all the requested information, it will not "submit" the information. Anyone else had this problem and know what to do? Thanks, Tom
Alibaba, AliExpress and AliPay... they're all robbers... as well as those listed in their web pages. Don't get involved with this fake sellers!
